TEA TREE CLIMBING
Climbing Centre & Tea House
The Tea Tree Climbing Centre, encourages an active lifestyle and green living by creating an unique tree climbing experience as well as producing and serving herbal teas. The site is a disused Victorian public toilets situated just front of the Hawksmoor Church in Commercial Street in London.
The proposed design has two floors: lower ground floor, which consists of double hight tree climbing area with 5 large pine trees as well as the tea production area, for drying, mixing and storing the teas; and the first floor that acts as a tea house, where the tea is served but also grown and has a sitting area with views to the church and the City.
